The Digital Rheumatology Network
The Digital Rheumatology Network was founded in 2020 by Prof. Thomas Hügle with the mission of fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among a diverse range of stakeholders. These include physicians, pharmaceutical professionals, health tech industry leaders, data scientists, patients, researchers, start-ups, and more. Our primary goal is to connect these experts and collectively navigate the digital transformation underway in rheumatology.
In the past few years, we have built an international community of like-minded individuals committed to preparing for the future of digitalization in rheumatology. Our aim is to provide comprehensive insights into cutting-edge advancements, including digital therapeutics and biomarkers, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, digital care pathways, robotics, electronic medical records, and more—all with a specific focus on their applications in rheumatology. We place particular emphasis on the practical integration of digital solutions into clinical workflows.
