Digital Rheumatology Research Award


The award will be given to scientists for innovative master theses, dissertations, or publications in the field of digital rheumatology.

The research price includes:

  • 500 Euros
  • 10 minute oral presentation and award ceremony during the Digital Rheumatology Day in Berlin
  • A small article will be published at the Digital Rheumatology Network and its social media channels.

General conditions:

  • At the time of application, the publication/thesis/dissertation should not be more than two years old.
  • Papers must have been published in an international peer-reviewed recognized journal as original work and applicant must be first or last author.
  • Thesis or dissertations must already have been accepted or published at a university.

The winner will be selected by the board members of the Digital Rheumatology Network based on clinical relevance, originality, and scientific merit.

Please send us the following documents in English in one pdf file:

  • A curriculum vitae
  • A short abstract summary (max. 300 words)
  • Proof of acceptance as thesis, dissertation, or publication

The application deadline is January 31st, 2025.

Poster Presentation Invitation

Are you engaged in digital Rheumatology research that has the potential to enhance the quality of care in rheumatology?

Showcase your work as an E-Poster on a screen in the exhibition area at our upcoming event in Berlin. It is an excellent opportunity to share your findings and contribute to the advancement of Rheumatology.

All poster presenters are welcome to participate free of charge, and the top poster will be honored with a €500 prize.

Kindly submit your poster by February 25th FullHD resolution, landscape format (1920 x 1080px), in either PDF, Jpg. or PowerPoint (pptx) format. You can also send it as mp4 with your recorded voice.

There are three ways to join the meeting:

1. on site in Berlin

2. online on Friday and on-site on Saturday

3. online on Friday only.

All participants will receive the recordings of the event afterwards.  (subject to the approval of the speakers)

Catering is provided for all participants on site. The networking dinner is included in the registration fee.
